Domains Stolen From GoDaddy

I just spoke with someone at GoDaddy and he offered to help this person restore their domain.

He wanted to make sure that it was clear that they do send an email when the email address was changed. He also said that if you discover things like this right away, there is an undo department – which you can contact if you happen to catch things quickly.

The above mentioned 60 day rule is actually a GoDaddy Rule – not an ICANN rule. This rule only locks it based on the first/last name or organization field.

ICANN has a rule that says that if you transfer from one registrar to another registrar it can’t be transferred for 60 days.
